Guiding senior business leaders

While working at PA Consulting, I led a project to create a first-to-market quantum technology advisory proposition.

PA had hired an expert in the practical applications of quantum physics, and I took on the task of marketing that expertise.

Because we were starting from scratch, getting a sales pipeline through effective marketing was the immediate priority. So, I had a series of interviews with the subject matter expert and wrote a PDF guide to quantum technology for business, and placed it behind a contact form so we could gather leads.

In the 30 days after launch, we got 84 new leads.

SEO was the other priority for this new area of the PA business, so I wrote a blog defining quantum technology. 

This blog has consistently been PA’s most-visited piece of content, with hundreds of visitors each week spending more than five and a half minutes reading it on average.

The leads gained off the back of this core content quickly turned into sales. I can trace work with High-BIAS and the Defence, Science and Technology Laboratory back to the PDF.

Having turned this work into case studies and continued to produce more quantum technology content, I was able to create a fully-fledged quantum technology proposition
